2. In Short
- librestudio.co sets no cookies of its own and loads no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and no third-party content (embedded forms, videos or fonts).
- Our application form is not shown on this site. The button on the application page opens it on ClickUp's own site (forms.clickup.com) in a new tab. ClickUp decides which cookies are set there.
- If you would rather not use ClickUp, you can apply by email. That choice does not affect how your application is assessed.
3. This Site's Own Cookies
The site writes no cookies and does not use browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage). Fonts and the showreel are served from this site, not from third parties.
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). To deliver the site and protect it from abuse, Netlify processes technical data such as IP address, browser details and the page requested in its server logs on every visit. This uses no cookies and relies on the controller's legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
4. The Application Form (ClickUp)
Our application form is hosted by ClickUp (Mango Technologies, Inc., USA). When you press the button on the application page, the form opens on ClickUp's own site. There, ClickUp and the services it works with (Google, PartnerStack, Segment, Datadog) may set cookies and use browser storage on your device; some are for analytics and advertising. ClickUp decides and manages these cookies under its own policies; this site does not load them.
The application page gives you two options:
- Open the form: it opens on ClickUp's site, where the cookies below may be set.
- Email: send your portfolio link to basak@librestudio.co; no ClickUp cookies are set.
5. Cookie List
For your information: this list is based on the cookies we measured when the form was opened on ClickUp's site on 15 October 2026. ClickUp and its partners decide which cookies they set, so the list can change. The purposes follow the providers' public descriptions.

6. Legal Basis
This site sets no cookies, so it does not ask for your consent to cookies. The technical data in Netlify's server logs relies on KVKK Art. 5/2-f, as explained in section 3.
Cookies set on ClickUp's site are ClickUp's own processing; you manage them with the tools ClickUp offers and in your browser settings. How the application details you send through the form are processed and transferred is explained in the Candidate & Freelancer Privacy Notice.
7. Managing Your Choice
- This site: there are no cookies to manage.
- ClickUp's cookies: delete cookies for clickup.com and doubleclick.net in your browser settings, or block third-party cookies altogether.
- Applying without the form: just write to basak@librestudio.co.
